Didnt receive the transfer email & dealing with customer service. Terrible! Customer service sent me through multiple steps - insisting that I received an email that I didnt. Language barrier no sympathy not polite. Called multiple times. No pleasant or understanding. Not impressed with trouble shooting.

HE MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH. Purchased tickets for the Kentucky Derby.

The tickets were supposed to come on the Tuesday before the Saturday Derby. Tuesday passed and contacted them on Wednesday. They said they would be here pre Derby on both Wednesday and Thursday. After calling Friday, I got a call back and was offered seats in the Equestrian room.

The agent asked if I would accept these. I said "yes" as I had assumed it was for the actual event like the original ticket..The tickets were for a viewing party at another location that was more than an hour away and the agent never mentioned that though she did say, we did get different seats. I could have gone to a viewing party closer to home in Massachusetts. I had to purchase tickets when arriving at Churchill as I was told that these tickets were not for Churchill Downs.

Instead they were for Kneeland Racetrack which is not in Louisville but Lexington, Kentucky. The agent did not tell us this was not the event. I will admit in small print that the tickets said Kneeland but it did not occur to me that the replacement tickets were not for the same event. I felt like I had purchased tickets for Garth Brooks and was given tickets for Pearl Jam even though both are musical events.

I contacted customer service three times after I had calmed down and was given the standard answer that I accepted the offer. It is true but I accepted in good faith that it was for the Derby at Churchill Downs.and not another viewing event at another racetrack that was not close. I did not know until being refused admittance at the derby.

I had traveled with a friend; it was not until I was refused admittance that I realized that this was a bait and switch operative. If I can save one person from dealing with this company, I will have some satisfaction The last straw is this site not accepting my order number which was #4082****

I purchased Cher tickets-not cheap. Was rescheduled, then cancelled. With the credit purchase weekend tickets which was also rescheduled then cancelled. I am being I offered a credit for a fraction of what I paid for tickets as compensation. Can't reach anyone by phone or email.

They're resolved somewhat. The concert has come and gone so unless you choose to refund my $113.00 then I'm guessing the matter is irrelevant. Hope you see things my way. Thank you for the contact.

Can't get e-tickets and can't get any help from phone call or chat

Never resolved. Got an email October 2, after Concert date, telling me that the seller confirmed that he sent the tickets to me. Will never deal with Bold Tickets again and will express my frustration to anyone else that I can tell.

Been trying to get a re-transfer of my three tickets to Rolling Stones in two days, Sunday, Sept. 26, to no avail.

Have been on chat lines four or five times since Monday. Yesterday waited 1 hr. 12 minutes to have phone call to Bold disconnect. Told to clear Chrome cache and delete cookies, did that.

Told last night after 35 min chat with Christian to look in my email for re-transfer of ticket link to my other email address, eileenvoss77@***.com. Didn't get email as of today at 12:35 central time.

This is a horrible company, lots of upcharges and poor customer service. No refund for Covid cancellations. A difficult to use credit was given upon request. When redeemed they tried to charge an additional service charge to use it!Do

Ordered parking tickets online from Bold tickets. They advised the seller would send the tickets the day before the event. Never received the tickets and no customer service number to call when you have a problem. Had to park outside the stadium due to no purchasing tickets on the day of the event. I parked 1.5 miles away from the stadium and had to walk. I will never purchase anything from Bold tickets. Worst experience missed half of the game trying to drive around look for parking.
